Mettler Toledo in Mumbai seeks a qualified finance professional with CPA/ACCA or equivalent to manage monthly close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.

You will handle fixed assets, intercompany accounts, and liaise with auditors, ensuring data integrity, SOX compliance, and timely reporting. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and leadership of a small team in a multinational environment.

Formación

• CPA/ ACCA with 2+ years of experience.
• Inter CA/ MBA/ Graduate with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Month-end activities and data integrity; posting of month-end adjustments and journal entries.
• Ledger scrutiny, PEX analysis, variance review with resolution.
• Fixed asset accounting reconciliations and monthly financial finalization (BS, P&L).
• Audit liaison and SOX compliance for related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities;

• Operational Excellence through Process documentation, Process Quality
• Initiatives and projects Month end activities and data integrity, posting of month end adjustments/accruals/other Journal entries, validation errors and submission of financial data in Reporting System
• Ledger scrutiny, PEX analysis, Variance review and analysis with resolution
• Fixed asset Accounting Reconciliation- Bank, Prepayments, Accruals, Provisions, AP, AR, Inter Company recons, other balance sheet GL recons Finalization of monthly financials - Balance Sheet, P&L
• Responsible for handling Audit and being Point of contact for Auditors Business Communication SOX compliance for related activities

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification

• CPA/ ACCA with an experience of minimum 2 years
• Inter CA/ MBA/ Graduate with an experience of minimum 5 years

Technical and soft skills

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines within a multi-cultural,
• international environment
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
• Ability to manage a team and lead the activities
• Account Management for US units, which involves- Stakeholder management, ensuring delivery as per SLA, Escalation management, Communication, MIS dashboard, collaboration with Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable, Collections.
