METTLER TOLEDO is seeking an accounting professional in Mumbai to record invoices, manage vendor ledgers, and process payments. The role requires proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel, with knowledge of GST and TDS under Indian tax laws.

You will support month-end closings and MIS reporting while ensuring audit-ready documentation. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, a commerce background, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in invoice booking and payments.
• Proficiency in TallyPrime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation with focus on GST & TDS.

Responsabilidades

• Record purchase invoices, expense bills, and service entries in TallyPrime with correct ledger classification.
• Verify invoice details against purchase orders, agreements, and supporting documents.
• Process vendor and supplier payments via bank transfers, cheques, or online modes.
• Deduct and record TDS/GST as per applicable laws.
• Maintain vendor ledgers, reconcile balances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Track payment due dates to ensure timely disbursements.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

What You Need to Succeed

Educational Qualification

• Knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation with focus on GST & TDS.

Soft Skills
