Job summary

Stratacent is seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst - Talent Acquisition to join the in-house recruitment team at Viman Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT recruitment background, with a preference for in-house experience over external firms.

The role requires managing end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and maintaining the recruitment database in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player with interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit top IT talent for various roles within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and implement best practices to attract top talent.
• Promote the company as an employer of choice through various recruitment marketing strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to Talent Acquisition SOP and regularly update the ATS with accurate information.
• Be flexible to pick up additional responsibilities to support organizational needs, including weekend recruitment events and ISO certification.
