Job summary

Hersheys is seeking a Senior Analyst Learning Developer to build end-to-end learning journeys, shaping leadership, onboarding and talent programs. You will partner with Learning Strategists, Instructional Designers and business stakeholders to drive learning effectiveness and knowledge retention across the organization.

Responsibilities include curriculum design, needs analysis, creating pathways and materials, and measuring learning impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of curriculum design experience, building full learning journeys from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Experience supporting L&D initiatives, stakeholder management, adult learning principles, and curriculum development.
