Great Place To Work in Mumbai seeks a senior HRBP to partner with business teams and drive employee experience initiatives. You will build strong relationships with managers and staff to translate people needs into actions.
You’ll own the engagement calendar, run surveys and action-plans, support onboarding, talent development, and culture initiatives aligned to GPTW values, while ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle.
Serve as the primary HRBP for assigned business teams and employee populations.
Build strong relationships with managers and employees to understand business needs and people challenges.
Conduct regular connects with stakeholders to gather insights and improve employee experience.
Partner with managers on onboarding, engagement, retention, development conversations, and team effectiveness.
Support workforce planning, organization changes, and people initiatives.
Own and drive the annual engagement calendar and employee experience initiatives.
Lead execution of engagement programs including recognition initiatives, culture-building activities, well-being campaigns, celebrations, and employee forums.
Manage annual Trust Index participation and support survey administration activities.
Drive pulse surveys, focus groups, feedback mechanisms, and action-planning processes.
Partner with leaders to implement engagement action plans and track closure.
Monitor employee sentiment through surveys, structured connects, and business feedback.
Analyze employee feedback and identify recurring themes, risks, and opportunities.
Recommend and implement interventions to strengthen trust, communication, recognition, and belonging.
Support culture-building initiatives aligned to GPTW values and business priorities.
Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Learning teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Support onboarding and induction initiatives for new hires.
Assist in employee movement, confirmations, retention initiatives, and employee relations matters.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries and concerns within assigned functions.
Maintain engagement dashboards and people metrics.
Track participation, feedback, action-plan closure, and employee experience indicators.
Prepare reports and insights for leadership reviews.
Ensure timely follow-through on stakeholder commitments and action items.
Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
3- 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Talent Management, or a related HR function
Experience partnering with managers and employees across multiple business teams
Hands-on experience managing employee engagement initiatives, surveys, action planning, and employee lifecycle interventions
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
Proficiency in analyzing people data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
Experience working in a fast-paced, consulting, professional services, startup, or growth-oriented environment preferred
Familiarity with HRMS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar) preferred
