Job summary

Vision Unlimited in Pune is seeking an experienced HRBP to partner with vertical leaders and design engagement strategies that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HRBP experience or equivalent.
  • Experience in performance, succession planning, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to drive employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong data analysis for decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with vertical leaders to align engagement strategies.
  • Lead employee engagement programs for a positive work environment.
  • Manage PMS and PIP for accountability.
  • Drive attrition control and succession planning.
  • Conduct pulse checks and implement data-driven interventions.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership with analytics.
  • Collaborate with Program Leader for HR-OPS communication and policy adherence.
  • Support HiPo development and career discussions for Analyst groups.
  • Organize MTMs and pulse meetings to strengthen engagement.
  • Drive Rewards & Recognition programs.
  • Close background verification cases with discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for program performance.

Overview

Shift Timings 6:00 pm to 3:00 am

The candidate must possess knowledge relevant to the functional area, and act as a subject matter expert in providing advice in the area of expertise, and also focus on continuous improvement for maximum efficiency. It is vital to focus on the high standard of delivery excellence, provide top-notch service quality and develop successful long-term business partnerships with internal/external customers by identifying and fulfilling customer needs. The candidate should be able to break down complex problems into logical and manageable parts in a systematic way, and generate and compare multiple options, and set priorities to resolve problems. The ideal candidate must be proactive, and go beyond expectations to achieve job results and create new opportunities. The candidate must positively influence the team, motivate high performance, promote a friendly climate, give constructive feedback, provide development opportunities, and manage career aspirations of direct reports. Communication skills are key here, to explain organizational objectives, assignments, and the big picture to the team, and to articulate team vision and clear objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Partner with vertical leaders to understand business priorities and design engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead employee engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage the Performance Management System (PMS) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive attrition control initiatives and implement succession planning for critical roles.
  • Conduct pulse checks, analyze insights, and create actionable interventions.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership teams, enabling informed decision-making through data and analytics.
  • Work closely with the Program Leader to maintain balanced HR and Ops communication and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Execute HiPo development and career discussion programs for identified Analyst/Sr. Analyst groups.
  • Implement measures to reduce grievance levels.
  • Organize MTMs and conduct pulse meetings to strengthen engagement.
  • Drive Rewards & Recognition programs to celebrate contributions and achievements.
  • Close background verification cases with identified discrepancies or insufficiencies.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for program and process performance tracking.
Technical and Functional Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience into HRBP role
  • Good exposure of performance appraisal, succession planning and stakeholder management.
  • Experience required into employee engagement and connect activities.
  • Good knowledge of excel and experience into preparing various trackers.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
