Traincrest Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent outbound sales professional for a remote night shift aligned to Pacific hours. You will cold call independent US/Canada restaurateurs, overcome objections, and demonstrate how our SaaS pricing beats aggregators.
You will be responsible for running an end-to-end deal cycle, from first contact to closed sale, while maintaining an accurate daily pipeline and reporting results. Night shift with reliable internet is required.
Night shift: 10:00am – 6:00pm Pacific, Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Traincrest / EzyBite
Traincrest and EzyBite build software for restaurants — their own online ordering website, so they keep their customers instead of renting them from Uber Eats and DoorDash. Every independent restaurant in North America is handing 25–30% of each order to an aggregator. We give them a way to stop.
That's an easy thing to want and a hard thing to get someone to sit still for. Which is why we need someone who can actually cold call.
Cold call independent, locally-owned restaurants across the US and Canada. Not chains, not franchises — owner-operators, the person who picks up the phone themselves
Get past "we're busy right now" and earn a real conversation
Understand what they're paying the aggregators today, and show them the maths
Close the deal. This is not appointment-setting for someone else — you take it to signed
Keep your own pipeline honest and worked, every single shift
The shift is fixed at 10:00am to 6:00pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, because that's when North American restaurant owners will take a call. Weekends off. That is a night shift wherever you are:
(Shifts by an hour in winter, when North America comes off daylight saving.)
These hours can't be flexed. You'll also need reliable internet and power for the whole shift. Please don't apply if this doesn't work for your life — we'd far rather know now than in month two.
Excellent spoken English. You'll be cold calling strangers who owe you nothing and can hang up at any moment. They have to understand you instantly
Proven outbound cold calling experience. Not inbound. Not warm leads. Not "I supported the sales team." You have picked up the phone to people who were not expecting you, at volume, and it worked
You have run an outbound process for US or Canadian clients. UK and Australian experience is not the same thing and won't substitute for this
You can handle rejection all shift and dial again without it showing in your voice
You're comfortable being measured on calls made, conversations had, and deals closed
You've sold to restaurants, hospitality, or small independent business owners
SaaS or software sales background
You've worked nights before and know what it does to you
You've owned a deal end to end rather than handing it off
