VRecruitFirst is seeking a motivated Canadian Sales Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role focuses on outbound and inbound calls with Canadian clients, building relationships and achieving sales targets in an international night-shift environment.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST). International sales exposure is a plus. This is a full-time onsite position.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or International Sales.
• Experience handling Canadian clients preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willing to work night shift 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with Canadian customers/clients.
• Identify prospective customers and generate new sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and consistently work toward improving conversion rates.

The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and be comfortable working in an international night-shift environment.
