HTI Manpower Outsourcing Services is hiring a Seller Support Associate (Freshers & Experienced) to handle seller queries across listings, orders, payments, returns and accounts via call, email and chat. The role focuses on resolving issues within SLAs and maintaining CRM notes.

The ideal candidate has good English and Hindi, proficiency in MS Excel and ticketing tools, and a patient, problem-solving approach. Open to rotational shifts and eager to support sellers across channels.

Competenze

Freshers or 1 year experience in a customer support role.
Strong-English and Hindi communication skills.
