Job summary

Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) in Lucknow is seeking agents to handle seller queries via calls, chats, and emails for the Flipkart CT process. You will work 9 hours in a 24/7 rotating shift, with 1 weekly off, and complete on-the-job training after orientation.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Excellent English and Hindi communication is essential. Employment is full-time and work mode is from office in Lucknow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Graduate degree in any stream required.

• 6 days work, 1 rotational week off.

• Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts (9 working hours including 8 productive hours + 1 hour break).
• 6 days working, 1 rotational week off.
• On-the-job training provided (certification required post-training).
