Job summary

The India Cements Limited is hiring a Senior Safety Manager to lead EHS initiatives across our plants in India. You will implement SMS, drive ISO 45001 compliance, conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training programs to foster a strong safety culture.

The role requires 9+ years of experience in industrial safety, good leadership and stakeholder management, and hands-on expertise with statutory compliance and contractor safety management.

Qualifications

• Industrial safety and EHS management experience.
• Knowledge of Factories Act, PESO, Boiler Act, and statutory compliance.
• Risk assessment and incident investigation.
• ISO 45001 implementation and audit management.
• Emergency response and contractor safety management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety laws, ISO 45001, and company standards.

• Promote safety culture through training, TBTs, campaigns, and awareness programs.
