The Tech Hub invites energetic Telecallers to join its educational institute’s call center in Bavdhan, Pune. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide course information, and assist students and parents with queries, aiming to convert leads into enrollments.

Key Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience as a Call Center Executive or Telecaller. Freshers are also welcome. Educational qualification of at least twelfth pass or a graduate degree preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Marathi Kannada Tamil or Telugu is preferred. Good communication persuasion and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of computers and CRM software. Ability to work six days a week from Monday to Saturday.
