Qualifications

• Experience in Sea Import Pricing / Freight Forwarding / Logistics.
• Good knowledge of FCL and LCL sea freight.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
• Knowledge of ocean freight rates, surcharges, local charges, and destination charges.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quotation deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle Sea Import Pricing for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and other service providers.
• Prepare competitive quotations for sea import shipments based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and lines for rates, surcharges, and service details.
• Analyze and compare rates from different service providers.
• Maintain updated records of rates, charges, and surcharges.
• Prepare rate sheets and pricing proposals for sales and operations teams.
• Provide timely pricing to the sales team for customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate calculation of freight and destination charges.
• Follow up on rate validity and updates with lines and agents.
• Monitor market freight trends and competitor pricing for quotations.

• Handle Sea Import Pricing for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Obtain and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, overseas agents, and other service providers.
• Prepare competitive quotations for sea import shipments based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines for freight rates, surcharges, free days, and service details.
• Analyze and compare rates from different shipping lines and service providers.
• Maintain updated records of ocean freight rates, local charges, THC, documentation charges, and other applicable surcharges.
• Prepare rate sheets and pricing proposals for the sales and operations teams.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide timely pricing for customer inquiries.
• Ensure accurate calculation of freight, destination charges, and other applicable costs.
• Follow up with shipping lines and overseas agents for rate validity and updates.
• Monitor market freight trends and competitor pricing to support competitive quotations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of quotations and negotiated rates.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of quoted shipments.
