Zodiac HR Consultants in Mumbai seeks a professional to handle sea export pricing for FCL and LCL shipments. You will obtain freight rates, prepare quotations, and coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents to ensure competitive pricing and timely responses to RFQs.

The role involves negotiating rates, maintaining records of charges, and coordinating with sales, operations, and customer service for smooth shipment execution.

Responsabilités

• Handle Sea Export Pricing for FCL and LCL shipments.
• Obtain competitive ocean freight rates from shipping lines, NVOCCs, and overseas agents.
• Prepare and share quotations for export shipments based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents for freight rates, schedules, free days, and service options.
• Negotiate ocean freight rates and local charges with shipping lines and service providers.
• Compare and analyze rates to provide competitive pricing to customers and the sales team.
• Maintain updated records of ocean freight rates, surcharges, THC, documentation charges, and other applicable charges.
• Prepare rate sheets and pricing proposals for the sales and business development teams.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide timely pricing for customer inquiries and RFQs.
• Ensure accurate calculation of freight, origin charges, destination charges, and other applicable costs.
• Monitor rate validity and ensure timely renewal/update of expired rates.
• Follow up with shipping lines and overseas agents for revised rates and service updates.
• Monitor market freight trends and support the team with competitive pricing strategies.
• Maintain proper records of quotations, rate approvals, and negotiated rates.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth execution of booked shipments.
