Job summary

Infinity Logistics & Supply Chain in Mumbai seeks an experienced freight forwarding professional to manage Ocean Import pricing and documentation, and to handle import sea shipments along with air shipments. The role involves negotiating with shipping lines and international agents, providing pricing to customers, coordinating with sales, and ensuring timely updates on rates, booking details, BL drafts, and pre-alerts.

Fresher's will be rejected.

Responsibilities

• Candidates from freight forwarding background only.
• Fresher's will be rejected as looking for experienced personals.
• Responsible for Handling Ocean Import Pricing and documentation.
• Handling Import sea shipments along with air shipments.
• Maintain & Provide pricing to directly to Customers.
• Send all freight inquiries to Shipping Liners/Co-Loaders/ International Agents.
• Negotiate with Shipping line and International agents for best freight along with detention-free days.
• Handling queries & give update on all the request, information which include rate, booking details, BL draft , final pre-alert etc.
• Follow-up and timely feedback with sales team, international agents, shipping line and customer.
