The role collaborates with NPD, Quality, Marketing, and Packaging teams to develop and improve products, drive differentiation, and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Translate e-commerce market requirements into clear product specifications, features, performance parameters and target costs.
• Coordinate with internal NPD, Quality, Marketing and Packaging teams to develop new products and improve existing products.
• Develop differentiated products through feature optimization, design improvements, accessories, product variants and packaging innovations.
• Manage product samples, prototypes, testing, validation and approvals before commercialization.
• Ensure that product specifications comply with applicable regulatory, safety, energy-efficiency and quality requirements.
• Identify, evaluate and develop suitable domestic and international OEM/ODM manufacturers based on technical capabilities, quality, capacity, cost and delivery performance.
• Source products in line with defined specifications, target price points, quality standards and e-commerce channel requirements.
• Negotiate product pricing, tooling and development costs, MOQs, payment terms, lead times, warranties and other commercial conditions.
• Conduct supplier benchmarking, factory assessments and capability evaluations in coordination with the Quality and NPD team.
• Develop alternate suppliers and sourcing options to ensure business continuity and competitive pricing.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying, developing and sourcing products based on e-commerce market requirements, with a strong focus on OEM/ODM sourcing, product development, costing and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities:
