Job summary

Cavaathleisure is seeking a proactive Sourcing Executive to manage vendor identification, product sourcing, price negotiations, and procurement coordination. You will work closely with the Sourcing Manager to ensure timely procurement at competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires strong negotiation, vendor management, and MS Excel skills with 1–3 years of sourcing/procurement experience, preferably in retail or manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business / Supply Chain.
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing / procurement.
• Experience in retail / manufacturing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new vendors and suppliers.
• Conduct market research to source products at competitive prices.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain vendor database and supplier performance records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Warehouse).
• Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Track cost savings and support in achieving procurement KPIs.
