Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Workforce Planning and Workforce Analytics to design data-driven HR solutions, deliver advanced analytics, and support customized reporting using SAP tools.

You will lead implementations of WFP and WFA, gather requirements, build scalable models, develop BIRT reports, and create dashboards aligned with business goals while coordinating with HR, IT, and external data sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with 2–3 years in WFP and WFA.
• Expertise in BIRT reporting and custom report development.
• Strong knowledge of data models, MDF, and Report Center.
• Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external sources.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors WFP/WFA implementations.
• Gather requirements and design scalable workforce planning solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain BIRT reports for customer KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to deliver dashboards and analytics.
• Perform requirements mapping and data integration with external systems.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Workforce Planning (WFP) and Workforce Analytics (WFA) along with hands-on experience in BIRT reporting. The ideal candidate will help design and implement data-driven workforce strategies, deliver advanced analytics, and support customized reporting solutions using SAP tools.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Planning & Analytics modules
• Gather business requirements and design scalable solutions to support strategic workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and HR analytics
• Develop, enhance, and maintain BIRT reports tailored to customer-specific KPIs and metrics
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver dashboards, analytics, and reports aligned with organizational goals
• Work with SAPs MDF (Metadata Framework), report center, and calculated columns in WFA
• Perform system testing, user training, and post-implementation support
• Assist with data modeling, data mapping, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems

Required Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with a minimum of 2-3 years in WFP and WFA
• Strong proficiency in BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tool) for custom report development
• Solid understanding of data models, calculated columns, and metrics packs in Workforce Analytics
• Experience integrating WFA with core HR systems and external data sources
• Knowledge of MDF (Metadata Framework), Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and Report Center
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., EC, LMS, PMGM)
• Familiarity with Advanced Reporting, Canvas Reports, and ORD
• SAP SuccessFactors WFA/WFP Certification (preferred)
• Knowledge of predictive analytics or data visualization tools (e.g., SAC, Power BI)

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, Business Analytics, or related field
• SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & Planning (preferred)
