Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and support projects in India. You will work closely with clients to translate business processes into robust HRIS configurations.

You will leverage deep expertise in Employee Central data models, MDF objects, and OData APIs to design effective solutions, manage data migration, and drive successful rollouts while maintaining high standards of client communication.

Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central data models, MDF objects, and foundation objects.
• Experience translating client requirements into FDD/Business Process Design.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in at least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation/support projects.
• Apply deep understanding of Employee Central data models, MDF objects, and workflows to deliver solutions.
• Analyze and map client requirements into Functional Design Documents or Business Process Design documentation.
• Manage client escalations with clear communication and expectation setting.
• Propose data migration strategies for rollout projects, identifying risks and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Provide support and troubleshooting during rollout and post-go-live phases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, best practices, and industry trends.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in at least 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation/support projects
• Deep understanding and practical knowledge of Employee Central data models, workflows, business rules, MDF objects, RBP (Role-Based Permissions), foundation objects, position management, time off, OData APIs, and reporting tools
• Analyze and map client requirements into Functional Design Documents (FDD) or Business Process Design documentation
• Manage client escalations effectively, setting and managing expectations with strong communication skills
• Propose data migration strategies for rollout projects, including identifying risks and issues, and driving mitigation plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Provide support and troubleshooting during rollout and post-go-live phases
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, best practices, and industry trends

Technical Competencies:

• Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Experience working with MDF objects, workflows, business rules, foundation objects, position management, time off, and OData APIs
• Proven ability to manage business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Proficiency in designing reports and data migration strategies
• Experience in handling client communication and resolving escalations

Certifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification (mandatory/preferred)

Preferences:

• Prior experience in HR domain
• Experience with SAP HR on-premise modules is a plus
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module is highly desirable
