Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India seeks a SAP SuccessFactors EC/WFA Consultant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience to support, enhance, and optimize our global HR technology landscape.

The ideal candidate will lead EC configuration, manage HR data, and build Workforce Analytics dashboards, reports, and insights aligned with business KPIs while collaborating with HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop reports using Story Reports, ORD and Canvas Reports.
• Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate regression testing with vendors.

We are looking for 5-7 years of experience SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) / Workforce Analytics (WFA) Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our global HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in EC configuration, HR data management, analytics, reporting, and solution delivery across SuccessFactors platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Central (EC) Functional Expertise
• Lead the configuration and administration of SuccessFactors Employee Central, including:
  • Data Models (Corporate, Succession, MDF Objects)
  • Business Rules & Workflows
  • Foundation Objects & Position Management
  • Event Derivations & HR lifecycle processes
• Ensure EC data integrity through regular audits, validations, and reconciliations.
• Deliver enhancements, changes, and continuous improvements following global HR processes.
• Manage quarterly release testing, impact assessments, and documentation.
• Workforce Analytics (WFA) & People Analytics
• Design and configure Workforce Analytics dashboards and metrics.
• Manage data models, hierarchies, and transformation logic in WFA.
• Build advanced analytics and insights aligned with business KPIs.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to translate analytics needs into meaningful dashboards.
• Reporting & Insights
• Develop and maintain reports using:
  • Story Reports (People Analytics)
  • Advanced Reporting (ORD)
  • Canvas Reports
• Deliver recurring, ad‑hoc, and compliance‑driven HR reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data trends.
• Support, Troubleshooting & Operations
• Provide L2/L3 support for SuccessFactors EC & WFA issues.
• Work with cross‑functional teams and vendors to resolve system defects and integration issues.
• Perform regression testing, validation, and user acceptance support.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
• Work closely with HR teams, IT, external vendors, and global process owners.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, solution design discussions, and training sessions.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and end‑user guides.
