Role & responsibilities

• Manage SAP ECC P50 HCM modules with focus on Payroll CH and Time Management worldwide
• Configure and implement SAP Payroll processes including wage types, schemas, and rules
• Handle Time Management processes such as work schedules, absence/attendance, and shift planning
• Ensure compliance with Swiss payroll regulations and global time management standards
• Integrate SAP HCM with other ECC modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) for seamless HR and payroll operations
• Monitor and resolve payroll and time management issues including error handling and corrections
• Collaborate with HR business teams to gather requirements and design SAPdriven solutions
• Support endtoend project lifecycle: Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare, and Production Support
• Provide incident management, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and resolution for payroll/time management issues
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and user guides for payroll and time management solutions
• Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment with business processes and compliance standards
• Contribute to process improvements, automation, and optimization of payroll and time management functions
• Train and support end users on SAP HCM functionalities and best practices
• Manage client expectations, proactively identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies
