Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a certified SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant with 5+ years of experience to lead Employee Central, Variable Pay & Compensation projects across India. Deep expertise in core HCM modules, recruitment, performance goals, learning management and role-based permissions is required.

Role involves client-facing requirements gathering, process walkthroughs, and ensuring seamless integration with interfaces and other applications within the SAP SuccessFactors

Qualifications

• Certified Success Factors Consultant- Employee Central / Variable Pay & Compensation
• Experience in Recruitment Management, Performance goal management and learning management, Employee central, Role based permissions
• EC Certified preferred
• Must-Have Experienced in Variable Pay & Compensation modules

Responsabilités

• Facilitating client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality;
• Acting in a client facing role to determine business requirements;
• Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet client requirements;
• Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications;
