Tekskills Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP SF-EC specialist based in Chennai to lead implementation and ongoing support for Employee Central. You will configure org structures, workflows, and permissions while aligning HR processes with system capabilities.

The role requires strong data migration, integration experience, and the ability to translate business needs into functional SF-EC solutions. Excellent stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) implementation and support projects.
• Good knowledge of Employee Central core functionalities and HR processes.
• Experience in configuring organizational structure, workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions.
• Knowledge of employee data management, position management, and lifecycle events.
• Experience in data migration, imports, and integration activities.
• Understanding of SAP SF modules integration and HR business processes.
• Ability to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Experience in testing, support, and issue resolution.
