Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC + Payroll Consultant to join our SAP practice across PAN India.

You will implement and support Employee Central and Payroll solutions, configure employee data, org structures and workflows, and ensure payroll processes meet compliance. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and technical teams, participate in full lifecycle projects from blueprint to go-live, and handle testing, UAT and production support.

Competenze

• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC and Payroll solutions.
• Configure employee data, org structures, and workflows.
• Hands-on payroll processing with earnings, deductions, and compliance knowledge.
• Integrate Employee Central with Payroll systems.
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations (Blueprint to Go-live).
• Testing, UAT, and production support experience.
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams.
