Tekskills Inc. is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors EC + Payroll Consultant with 5-10 years of hands-on experience to join our nationwide delivery team.

The role involves implementing and supporting Employee Central and Payroll, configuring data, org structures, and workflows, and ensuring accurate payroll processing across multiple client domains. The candidate will collaborate with HR and technical teams, participate in full lifecycle implementations, and handle testing, UAT, and production

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementations.
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in SAP SuccessFactors projects.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC + Payroll Consultant
Experience: 5-10 years

Location: PAN India

• Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll solutions
• Configure employee data, org structure, and workflows
• Manage payroll processes (earnings, deductions, compliance)
• Integrate EC with Payroll systems
• Participate in full lifecycle implementations (Blueprint Go-live Support)
• Handle testing, UAT, and production support
• Collaborate with HR and technical teams

Preferred

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of Time Management
