You will gather business requirements, configure workflows and permissions, and manage data migration and integrations. Strong communication with stakeholders and end users is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF-EC) implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central core functionalities and HR processes.
• Experience configuring organizational structure, workflows, business rules, and RBAC permissions.
• Knowledge of employee data management, position management, and lifecycle events.
• Experience with data migration, imports, and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Experience in gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.
• Testing, support, and issue resolution for SF-EC projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure HR processes are aligned with SF-EC.
• Assist in data migration efforts and validation activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide training as needed.
• Support rollout and post-implementation stabilization efforts.
