Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant for PAN India operations. The role requires 6+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with hands-on EC configuration, process design, integrations, and end-to-end implementation capabilities.

The candidate will configure EC solutions, manage employee lifecycle events, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver scalable SAP SF EC deployments across multi-country environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience with at least 3+ years in Employee Central.
• Hands-on EC configuration and end-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience in EC integrations with SAP and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Integration Center, CPI, SFAPI, and OData APIs.
• Experience in upgrade and support projects; strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and RBPs.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
• Configure EC Time Off, Position Management, and Global Assignments.
• Perform data migration activities and data validation using import/export tools.
• Work on integrations between EC and SAP/Non-SAP systems using CPI, Boomi, or Integration Center.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
