Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements related to Performance & Goal Management.
• Configure PMGM modules: Goal Plans, Performance Forms, Competencies, Route Maps, CPM.
• Design and configure performance review cycles, workflows, and approvals.
• Create and modify form templates using XML.
• Configure roles, permissions, and visibility settings.
• Support integrations with Employee Central, Calibration, Compensation, Succession & Development.
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues.

• Conduct system testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
