Job summary

Dwc in India provides global support for SAP SuccessFactors applications through chat-based interactions, resolving functional and configuration issues while collaborating with global stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

The role encompasses configuration, testing, incident management, documentation, and ensuring SLAs, with rotational shifts and on-site office work five days a week.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors LMS & PMGM experience
• Minimum 1 End to End Implementation and hands on development and enhancement projects
• Strong configuration and application support
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving functional issues
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a global support environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week
