Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors PMGM expert to lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Performance & Goal Management across global programs. You will drive design of forms, routes, ratings, and competencies while managing cadence of annual and mid-year reviews.

The role requires hands-on PMGM configuration, stakeholder engagement, and strong documentation; familiarity with Admin Center, XML, integrations, testing, deployment, and production

Qualifications

• 37 years of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM experience is preferred.
• Hands-on with PMGM configuration, performance reviews, goals, OKRs, competencies, and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of PMGM.
• Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, ratings, and workflows.
• Design SMART Goals, OKRs, KPIs, and organizational alignment.
• Manage annual and cycle-based performance reviews from planning to post-cycle assessment.
• Configure Continuous Performance Management, 360-degree reviews, calibration sessions, and distribution guidelines.
• Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions, permission groups, roles, and target populations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and system configurations.
• Manage Admin Center settings and XML/data model configurations.
• Perform testing, release validation, deployment, and production support.
• Support Talent Intelligence Hub, SAP Joule, AI capabilities, and skills-based talent processes.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, implementation, enhancement, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
• Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, rating scales, competencies, workflows, and notifications.
• Design and support SMART Goals, OKRs, KPIs, cascading goals, goal libraries, and organizational alignment.
• Manage annual, mid-year, and other performance review cycles from planning through post-cycle assessment.
• Configure Continuous Performance Management, 360-degree reviews, calibration sessions, matrix grids, and distribution guidelines.
• Configure and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), permission groups, roles, and target populations.
• Conduct requirements workshops and translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and system configurations.
• Manage Admin Center settings and XML/data model configurations where applicable.
• Perform testing, release validation, deployment, production support, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Support Talent Intelligence Hub, SAP Joule, AI writing assistance, and skills-based talent processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• 37 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong hands‑on expertise in Performance & Goal Management (PMGM).
• Current SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management certification preferred/required as per the JD.
• Strong knowledge of PMGM configuration, performance review cycles, goals, OKRs, competencies, continuous feedback, 360 reviews, and calibration.
• Hands‑on experience with RBP, Admin Center, XML configuration, testing, integrations, deployment, and production support.
• Ideally completed 2+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations in a senior or lead role.
• Exposure to Talent Intelligence Hub, SAP Joule, AI capabilities, and skills‑based talent processes.
• Knowledge of Employee Central, Compensation, Succession, Learning, Integration Center, or SAP BTP is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, communication, documentation, workshop facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in global or complex enterprise environments is preferred.
