Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai (On-site) is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation Consultant to join the team. The role requires expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting PMGM and Compensation modules, with strong collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver HR solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, including end-to-end implementation projects, and a solid grasp of performance and compensation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation.
• Experience in at least one full-life cycle SuccessFactors implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of Performance Management, Goal Management, Compensation Planning, and Variable Pay concepts.
• Experience with Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), and workflows.
• Understanding of Employee Central integration with PMGM and Compensation modules.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors provisioning activities and release management.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Design and configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration settings, compensation worksheets, budgets, eligibility rules, and templates.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand HR processes and business needs.
• Perform end-to-end system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Configure role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, business rules, and MDF objects.
• Support compensation planning cycles, merit increases, bonus planning, and variable pay processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Employee Central, Talent Management, and Learning modules.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and user guides.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
