Capgemini India is seeking a SAP SF PMGM Consultant to empower clients with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. You will lead workshops, configure PMGM, and drive integrations across modules while delivering value to global clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience configuring and administering SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
• Experience in HR or talent management processes such as evaluations, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• SuccessFactors certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and understand client business processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules.
• Design and configure Goal Plans, Performance Review Forms, Route Maps, Calibration Sessions, CPM.
• Work on PMGM integrations with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules.
• Perform impact analysis, solution design, testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct client demos, workshops, and user training sessions.
• Support data migration and reporting requirements.
