Inflexiontech, a leading SAP Partner in Bengaluru, is looking for a skilled SAP Success Factors PMGM/SPCDP consultant. In this role, you will lead implementations for Performance Management (PMGM) and Succession & Career Development Planning (SPCDP), ensuring clients achieve strategic workforce development.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of IT consulting experience, especially in SAP SuccessFactors, and be proficient in configuration and project management.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of IT consulting experience specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with full end-to-end deployment of PMGM and SPCDP.
• Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM/ Succession/ Career Development Planning preferred.

Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled SAP Success Factors PMGM / SPCDP consultant, you will lead or support implementations of Performance Management (PMGM) and Succession & Career Development Planning (SPCDP) in SuccessFactors. You'll help clients design and deploy talent solutions—from goal setting to career planning—fostering strategic workforce development across global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions focused on PMGM and SPCDP.
2. Translate business needs into functional configurations—Goal Plans, Talent Reviews, Career Worksheet, Role Readiness, and Development Plans.
3. Configure XML templates, MDF foundation objects, business rules, workflows, and security for PMGM and SPCDP modules.
4. Manage end-to-end implementation phases: design, build, test (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-go‑live support.
5. Create and execute test scripts, cutover plans, and provide support for issue resolution and SLA adherence.
6. Stay updated on SuccessFactors updates and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and career planning processes.
7. Strong exposure to full project lifecycle: gathering requirements, blueprinting, build, testing (unit, integration, UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or equivalent.
2. 3–4 years of IT consulting experience and 3+ years functional experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and/or SPCDP; at least 1 full end-to-end deployment.
3. Certifications in SuccessFactors PMGM, Succession, or Career Development Planning strongly preferred.
4. Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules and HR business processes.
5. Hands‑on expertise with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, XML template design, and workflow setup.
6. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
