Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support experience.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, goal management, and succession planning.
• Hands-on experience configuring PMGM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Background with Employee Central preferred.
• Experience in global delivery models and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

You will also provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, ensuring smooth operation of performance management processes.RequirementsThe ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support. Strong knowledge of performance management processes including goal management, performance reviews, and succession planning is required. Hands-on expertise in configuring PMGM solutions to meet business requirements is essential. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Experience with Employee Central is preferred. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
