Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to lead and support multiple lifecycle implementations across geographies. You will coordinate with business users, IT teams and stakeholders to deliver compliant, efficient HR solutions.

The role requires ITIL and ServiceNow proficiency, strong problem-solving, and solid communication skills to drive continuous improvement and successful post-implementation operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support and maintenance (3 full lifecycle projects).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ways of working.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
