Job summary

Cerebra is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant in Gurgaon to lead end-to-end EC implementations and integrations. The candidate will configure Employee Central modules, collaborate with clients, and drive successful HR system enhancements.

Ideal candidates have 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience, strong HR process knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP CPI integrations and data privacy considerations.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
• Experience configuring Employee Central modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and Payroll/ECP integration.
• Experience with integrations to Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals.

Lead and manage full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support projects. Configure EC modules, manage integrations with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems, and provide client-facing functional support.
