Job summary

Shashwath Solution seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central specialist to drive implementation projects and provide ongoing support. You will coordinate with business users and technical teams to ensure delivery aligned with requirements, while maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer.

Requirements include hands-on SAP SF EC experience, ITIL/ServiceNow and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support, operations, and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with business users and technical teams.
• Utilize ITIL best practices and ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve processes and system efficiency.
• Apply Agile principles and participate in Agile ceremonies to support iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Document system configurations, business processes, and knowledge transfer materials to support operational excellence.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module enhancements, industry trends, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation, support, operations, and maintenance (minimum 3 full lifecycle projects).
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and ways of working.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Prior experience working in multi-geography/global environments.
• Understanding of HR business processes and payroll integrations.
