• 3+ years experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central Certification.
• Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills.
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills.
• Experience handling multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a large matrix organization.
• Ability to foster positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAFe methodology.
• Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM, RCM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Incident triage and resolution: diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues or escalate to SAP support.
• Configuration maintenance: review and update Employee Central configurations.
• Change request management: gather, document, implement enhancements per ITIL or client protocol.
• User access and security management: manage permissions, roles, and S-User provisioning.
• Release and regression testing: test releases, patches, or configurations and validate in production.
• System health checks: review dashboards, reports and logs for anomalies.
• Process monitoring: monitor issues and drive improvements.
• Collaboration with integration team to resolve data flow/interface issues.

Job Description

Job Title: Global SAP SuccessFactors EC Analyst

• Incident Triage and Resolution: Diagnose, analyze, and resolve functional issues reported & escalating to SAP support when necessary.
• Configuration Maintenance: Review, update, and maintain Employee Central configurations based on evolving business requirements or identified defects.
• Change Request Management: Gather, document, and implement enhancements or changes in processes following ITIL or client-specific change management protocols.
• User Access and Security Management: Manage permissions, roles, and access rights (RBP) to ensure data security and compliance and S-User ID provisioning.
• Release and Regression Testing: Test new releases, patches, or configurations in test environments and validate post-deployment in production.
• System Health Checks: Proactively review dashboards, reports, and audit logs for anomalies that could indicate underlying issues.
• Process Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor for recurring issues or process inefficiencies and recommend or drive improvements.
• Collaboration with Integration Team: Work closely with integration developers and external system owners to resolve data flow or interface issues.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years experience configuration SAP SuccessFactors with Employee Central Certification
• Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
• Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills

Preferred:
