Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of SAP Service Management experience.
• Strong configuration experience in SAP SM/CS.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Service Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP Service Management solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SM functionalities including: Service Notifications, Service Orders, Warranty Management, Repair Processes, Service Contracts.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and customize SAP Service Management processes as per business needs.
• Integrate SAP SM with SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PM, and SAP CS.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and user training.
• Handle production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
