Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while liaising with hiring managers and stakeholders to negotiate offers.

The ideal candidate has 5–9 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a strong SAP focus and excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working from the office five days a week (11:00–20:00 IST).

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with SAP focus.
• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination, scheduling, and offers.
• Proficient in candidate sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.
• Excellent communication and ability to assess technical and behavioral competencies.
• Interacts with hiring managers and stakeholders professionally.
• Able to manage multiple roles and meet hiring targets.
• Willing to work from office 5 days a week (11:00–20:00 IST).

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition processes end-to-end for SAP profiles.
• Source and screen candidates for SAP roles and coordinate interview timelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders for offers.
• Maintain candidate communications and ensure timely closures.
