Job summary

Appizion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP recruitment specialist in Hyderabad to manage end-to-end hiring for SAP technical and functional roles. You will source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals, and screen them for SAP skills, location, notice period, and compensation.

You will coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment with strong exposure to SAP hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/Recruitment CRM.
• Good knowledge of SAP technologies and functional modules.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP technical and functional positions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare effective candidate search strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on SAP skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
• Recruit for SAP roles such as SAP ABAP, FICO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, SuccessFactors, BW, BASIS, Security, CPI, EWM, S/4HANA, etc.
• Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews and client discussions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage salary negotiation, offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and closure targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of SAP professionals for current and future requirements.
