Job summary

Infinite is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment of SAP professionals across multiple modules. You will source candidates, assess SAP skills, and coordinate with hiring panels.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years IT recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and major portals. You will handle offers, onboarding, and build a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT recruitment experience with a focus on SAP/ERP hiring.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical modules.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in contract, permanent, and project-based hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP ERP positions.
• Source SAP consultants through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on SAP skills, project experience, and domain expertise.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Build a strong pipeline of SAP talent for ongoing and future requirements.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP ERP Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment of SAP professionals across various SAP modules and technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of SAP functional and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP ERP positions.
• Source SAP consultants through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and networking channels.
• Recruit for SAP modules including:
• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• SAP QM
• SAP WM/EWM
• SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
• SAP ABAP
• SAP BASIS
• SAP BW/BI
• SAP S/4HANA
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on SAP skills, project experience, and domain expertise.
