Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for SAP positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.


• Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and reference checks to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.


• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimise processes accordingly.
