Job summary

Capgemini in India is seeking an SAP CS/PM specialist with 6–9 years of hands-on experience, including at least one full lifecycle implementation. You will configure and support CS and PM modules, handle service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning, and collaborate with global teams.

The role emphasizes working with business stakeholders, delivering end-to-end solutions, ensuring system stability, and driving continuous process improvements within Capgemini's SAP practice.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS and PM modules with at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout.
• Strong understanding of service management, warranty, contracts, and maintenance execution processes.
• SAP certification in CS/PM and experience in S/4HANA environment is preferred.
