Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding specialist to gather requirements, configure RCM and Onboarding 2.0, and design templates and workflows. You’ll manage candidate experience and integration with third-party systems, supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from requisitions to onboarding.

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Recruiting and Onboarding processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
• Design and maintain requisition templates, job application templates, offer approval workflows, and onboarding programs.
• Configure candidate experience, recruiting marketing integrations, and onboarding activities.
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisition, candidate selection, offer management, and new hire onboarding.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Work with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems.

Your Profile - Skills Required

• 6-12 Years of Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Knowledge of Recruitment workflows, Offer Management, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding processes.
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations. Familiarity with Integration Center, Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Document Generation.
• Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and client interactions.
