Job summary

Cerebra in Hyderabad, India seeks a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end compensation solutions, including planning, merit cycles, bonuses, and salary adjustments. The role leverages Generative AI to improve productivity, testing, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with policies and pay equity.

You will work with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to implement, configure, and support SF Compensation across modules, with a focus on integration and budget

Qualifications

• Knowledge of integration points with EC, PMGM, and ECP.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including salary planning and variable pay.
• Manage compensation guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, templates, and statements.
• Configure planning cycles, approval workflows, and cycle administration.
• Gather business requirements and translate into functional specs and configurations.
• Perform SIT/UAT, go-live support, and post‑implementation hypercare.
• Integrate Compensation with EC, PMGM, and ECP where applicable.
• Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, test-case generation, and rule validation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, pay equity, audits and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams.
• Prepare SOPs and configuration documents.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant with hands‑on expertise in compensation planning, merit cycles, bonus programs, salary adjustments, and variable pay. The candidate will configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation solutions while leveraging Generative AI tools and AI copilots to improve productivity, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.

The role involves end‑to‑end delivery of compensation solutions, integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, including salary planning, merit cycles, bonus programs, and variable pay.
• Manage compensation guidelines, budgets, eligibility rules, worksheets, templates, and compensation statements.
• Configure compensation planning cycles, approval workflows, and cycle administration.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations.
• Perform system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), go‑live support, and post‑implementation hypercare.
• Integrate Compensation with Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals (PMGM), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP), where applicable.
• Use AI copilots and pre‑built AI services to accelerate documentation, test‑case generation, rule validation, and troubleshooting.
• Apply AI‑assisted analysis for budget utilization, compensation data validation, exception identification, and anomaly detection.
• Ensure compensation processes comply with organizational policies, pay equity standards, audit requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners, Payroll, and technical integration teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), test scripts, and configuration documents.

Required Skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Strong understanding of merit planning, salary adjustments, bonus planning, and variable pay.
• Experience configuring compensation worksheets, budgets, guidelines, eligibility rules, and statements.
• Knowledge of compensation cycle administration and approval workflows.
• Understanding of integration points with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Payroll.
• Experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools, AI copilots, and AI‑assisted documentation or testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or Variable Pay certification.
• Experience supporting global compensation cycles and localization requirements.
• Exposure to compensation analytics and pay equity tools.
• Familiarity with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or Boomi.
• Knowledge of responsible AI usage in HR processes.
