Vrinda International is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant – Dutch Payroll to join our talent portal.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of SAP HCM/HR payroll experience, strong Dutch payroll expertise, and hands-on SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors integrations. Excellent client-facing skills and fluent English/Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working experience in SAP HCM and HR payroll domains.
• Dutch payroll expertise with SAP HCM/Payroll processes.
• Hands-on SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong client-facing and solution design capabilities.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and integrate SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll for Netherlands payroll.
• Collaborate on PCRs, schemas, payroll config, PA, OM, and Time Management.
• Analyze requirements and design robust technical solutions.
• Perform AS-IS/TO-BE, GAP analyses and effort estimation.
• Integrate SuccessFactors EC Time with SAP Payroll and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate data cleansing, migration, and legacy conversions.
• Engage with stakeholders and payroll/technical teams.

HIRING | SAP HCM – DUTCH PAYROLL SENIOR CONSULTANT

Experience: 10+ Years

Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant – Dutch Payroll with strong expertise in SAP HR Payroll, Time Management, and Netherlands payroll legislation . The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors integrations, with strong client‑facing and solution design capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and integrate SAP HCM Time Management & Payroll for Netherlands payroll processes.
• Work with PCRs, Schemas, Payroll Configuration, PA, OM & Time Management .
• Analyse business requirements and design robust technical/functional solutions.
• Conduct AS-IS/TO-BE, GAP analysis, feasibility studies, and effort estimation .
• Integrate SuccessFactors Employee Central / EC Time with SAP Payroll .
• Perform data cleansing, scrambling, conversion and legacy-to-SAP migration activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, payroll teams and technical/functional teams.
• Prepare process documentation and ensure compliance with Dutch payroll legislation .

• Strong Dutch/Netherlands Payroll expertise
• SAP PA, OM, Time Management & Payroll
• Strong knowledge of PCRs & Schemas
