Job summary

HCLTech in India seeks an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to implement, support, and optimize payroll solutions for Germany, Spain, Portugal and Morocco. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, tax rules, and social contributions while delivering robust payroll processes across modules.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, PA, OM, PTM/time, and payroll localizations in the specified regions, along with leadership skills to guide workshops and stakeholder

Qualifications

• SAP HCM experience with leadership of ECC payroll and core HCM implementations or major transformations.
• Deep knowledge of PA, OM, PTM/time and at least one European or North African payroll localization.
• Experience with payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, posting, interfaces, testing and reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of statutory controls, data privacy and payroll cutover.
• Excellent workshop, team leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll for Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Morocco.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP payroll solutions.
• Perform payroll schema and rule configuration, PCR development, wage type configuration, and payroll processing.
• Manage payroll retroactive accounting, off-cycle payroll, bonus processing, and statutory reporting.
• Configure and maintain: Organizational Management (OM)
• Time Management (TM)
• Lead ECC payroll and core HCM implementations or transformations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Drive data privacy adherence and payroll cutover planning.
• Mentor junior consultants and manage stakeholder expectations.
