Job summary

Exalogic in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP ECC HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and core HR processes. You will implement, configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM Payroll solutions across ECC and S/4HANA, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient HR and payroll operations.

Responsibilities include SAP SuccessFactors integrations with EC, ECP, and BIB, gathering requirements, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC HCM Payroll.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll, PA, OM, and Time Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and BIB integrations.
• Experience in Payroll Schema configuration and PCRs; knowledge of gratuity/pension calculations.
• Experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA HCM environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Configure PA/OM/Time Management and Payroll modules.

We are looking for an experienced SAP ECC HCM Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional and technical knowledge of Payroll, Time Management, and core HR processes, along with hands-on experience in integrating SAP ECC HCM with SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP HCM Payroll solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver efficient HR and payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, enhance, and support SAP HCM solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.Configure and support SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
• Work on SAP SuccessFactors integrations with Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and BIB integrations.Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective SAP HCM and Payroll solutions.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP HCM application issues while ensuring minimal business disruption
• .Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Support Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to business users.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, documentation, and change management processes.Stay updated with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll best practices and product enhancements.
• Configure and support payroll schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), gratuity calculations, pension calculations, wage types, and payslip generation.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP ECC HCM Payroll.
• Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and BIB integrations.
• Experience in Payroll Schema configuration and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).Knowledge of gratuity, pension calculations, payroll processing, wage types, and payslip generation.
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA HCM environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
