Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad, India, seeks an experienced SAP HR Payroll consultant to lead global implementations with complex customizations. The role leverages PA, OM, Time Management, and Netherlands payroll expertise across US/UK payroll contexts.

You will work with SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central, manage data cleansing and interface integrations, and collaborate with clients to deliver results on tight timelines while ensuring compliance with Dutch payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as SAP HR Payroll consultant in global, complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll (Netherlands).
• Experience with US and UK Payroll and Netherlands Payroll.
• Extensive experience with Dutch payroll processes and legislation.
• Strong command of PCRs and Schemas for payroll configuration.
• Experience with interface integration, including SF EC Time for payroll.
• Proven expertise with SAP ECC HCM and SuccessFactors EC implementations.
• Hands-on data cleansing, scrambling, and conversion processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in client-facing roles and delivering results under tight timelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business Admin; Masters preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
